Sashie was diagnosed with yet another ear infection this week. Well, okay it technically may have been the leftovers of the one she had earlier in the month but the dr wasn't sure... either way, it was caught early and she's on meds. After two days at home and a peak temp of 103 she's now back at "school." This makes 4 infections in 2 months... boo! Tubes haven't been mentioned yet, thankfully. We're just saying prayers the weather gets warmer soon and we get through this first winter with not much more sickness.
Also, here's a cute video (as if all of them aren't cute, right?)... it's back from Christmas. She's not her usual happy self, but you can hear her saying Dadada in it. This was taking after most of the presents were open so she was a tired Sashie.

updates and such
Okay so yet again, it's been FOREVER since I updated... I promise to try to get more on top of things.
Well, the big news is that it wasn't just one tooth for Sashie... it was TWO! Her two bottom front teeth are there and coming in more and more each day. Oh and she loves to bite you with them if you get your finger near her mouth.
Miss Sasha is now 7.5 months old... well actually closer to 8 months really... where has the time gone? Here's a few pics from her Mama 7 month photo shoot... she loves to ham it up anymore...
Our diva is also sitting up very well now with little to no assistance...
At this point she's eating quite a few solids... all sorts of veggies, and now bananas, pears, and pear/blueberries. She even gets a daily dose of soy yogurt... yes, she loves it ;)

1st tooth!!!
Yes, yes I know I need to post some Christmas pics... I will soon, I promise!
But in the meantime I had to share that as of this morning (7mo, 1wk old) Sashie has her 1st tooth! It's a bottom front one. All this fun on top of a nasty virus she's fighting meant for a VERY rough night last night. Double fun, but all and anything for our princess :)
I just realized... no more purely gummy smile... she's getting so big.
